- Before registering, please make sure to check your membership number and status. If your membership is not active, you will need to either renew your membership or register as a Non-IWA Member.

Registration Fee Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee. The following policy applies:

  • 80% refund for cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to the conference start date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations received within 30 days of the conference start date.
  • No refunds will be processed after the conference begins.
